Electrical installation and lighting - New installation of the main supply line including construction of the house connection (HA). - Power supply and house connection in the low voltage network (TN S system). - Conduit system and sealing - Installation of a central main distribution board as well as a metering device for 4 usage units and 11 sub-distribution boards. - Complete dismantling of the existing installation. - Renewal of the entire electrical installation and lighting according to the new usage concept. Emergency lighting - Emergency lighting system for the escape route gardeners' house outdoor area with central battery system and modified emergency lights according to the new lighting concept. Surge protection - The building is divided into lightning protection zones according to DIN EN 62305 4. - For the building, surge protection devices type 1 and type 2 are planned according to the lightning protection zone concept. - The arresters used are technically coordinated and energetically matched according to DIN VDE 0100 534.
