West Cemetery, Baldurstraße, general refurbishment; V/E: electrical installation work, general, works depot The new garage and workshop building of the new works depot will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of the existing garden building support facility. The new works depot includes accommodation for staff for the staff required at the works depot in the immediate vicinity, i.e. it includes an office within the office wing, WC and sanitary rooms. The works depot with the garages will be equipped with areas for waste material container storage, a washing hall and a tank installation, carports, as well as a room for specimen coffins. The new works depot will be implemented as a U-shaped courtyard development. Around an inner courtyard, the parking areas/garages for vehicles and for the burial craftsmen and cemetery gardeners’ materials are grouped. The subject of the invitation to tender is the complete new construction of the electrical engineering systems, including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation.
