West Cemetery, Baldurstraße, general refurbishment; Subcontracting package: Electrical installation work, General, Operations depot The new garage and workshop building of the new operations depot will be newly constructed in the immediate vicinity of the old horticultural support site. The new operations depot includes accommodation for personnel required directly at the operations depot, i.e. it includes an office within the office block, WC and sanitary rooms. The operations depot with the garages will be equipped with parking areas for waste container storage, a washing hall and a fuel tank facility, carports, as well as a room for sample coffins. The new operations depot will be built as a U-shaped courtyard development. Around an inner courtyard, the storage areas/garages for vehicles and building materials of the grave makers and cemetery gardeners are arranged. The subject of the tender is the complete new construction of the electrical engineering installations, including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation.
