Electrical systems according to DIN 18382 as part of the refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House -Young Theatre- Hospitalstraße 6 / 37073 Göttingen ##The construction project provides for the refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House, which is partly listed, and of the assembly hall building, which is also partly listed. The newer extension that is not protected will be demolished and replaced by a new extension. The building has been vacant since summer 2019, is no longer in operation, and has a significant need for refurbishment. The building component Villa Otfried-Müller-Haus was constructed using a combination of masonry construction (basement and ground floor) and timber framing construction (upper floors and roof). The roof structure consists largely of timber beams from the period of construction. The ceilings above the basement storey are built-up masonry barrel ceilings and, in small areas, timber-beam ceilings. The assembly hall building consists of massive exterior walls with a timber-beam ceiling to the roof space.
