Westfriedhof, Baldurstraße, general refurbishment, Lot: electrical installation, photovoltaic system The new garage and workshop building of the new operational site will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of the old horticultural support centre. The new operational site includes accommodation for staff required directly at the operational site; i.e., it includes an office within the office wing, WC and sanitary rooms. The operational site with the garages is equipped with parking areas for waste material containers, a washing hall and a tank facility, carports as well as a room for sample coffins. The new operational site is to be implemented as a U-shaped courtyard development. To form an inner courtyard, the storage areas / garages for vehicles and building materials of the gravediggers and cemetery gardeners are grouped around it. The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete supply, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation of a grid-connected photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of approx. 46 kWp.
