The subject of this performance specification is an electrolyser and fuel cell system as an overall containerised solution which must include at least the following main components: - Container including safety monitoring and media interface - Electrolyser system including o electrolyser stack(s) o production facility for DI ultrapure water based on mains/drinking water o feed and cooling water circuit with oxygen separator o hydrogen conditioning facility for H2 quality 5.0 o cooling via external cooler o control with safety technology via industry-standard and standardised interface - Fuel cell system including o fuel cell stack(s) o liquid cooling circuit with external cooler o hydrogen supply unit with hydrogen re-circulation o air supply unit o control with safety technology via interface
