TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance and ad hoc repair of electrical systems under a framework service contract: Part 1 Maintenance of electrical power transmission cabinets, electric vehicle chargers, area lighting, solar panels and the associated electrical units and systems, and ad hoc repair, and construction work tasks arising from maintenance/ad hoc repair. Affected equipment – Electrical power transmission cabinets and the equipment located in the 0.4 KV premises (quantity approx.: 444 units) – Electric vehicle chargers (24 units) – Area lighting network (430 units) – Solar panels and the associated electrical AC/DC units (1328 units, capacity 511.5 kWp) Maintenance includes: - maintenance tasks in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, - adjustments, controls and regulation arising from normal operation, - replacement of consumable and wearing parts, - the required inspection and measurement tasks. If any equipment is subject to statutory requirements prescribing a mandatory maintenance or inspection frequency, that frequency must be applied.
