TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in arranging payment for the catering of the Employer’s employees for a period of 48 calendar months through electronic meal vouchers cards (hereinafter referred to as “meal voucher card”) with the contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. at catering establishments, restaurants, fast-food outlets, food chains, and grocery stores accepting electronic meal voucher cards for payment of the catering price and for ensuring a drinking regime. As part of the subject of the contract, in addition to the delivery of meal voucher cards, it also includes their administration and the allocation (topping up) of meal units to the individual meal voucher cards according to the Employer’s current needs and in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Labour Code, the Company Collective Agreement, and other related regulations of the Slovak Republic.
