TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in mediating payment for meals for the Employer’s employees for a period of 48 calendar months by means of electronic meal vouchers (hereinafter also “meal voucher”) with contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. in catering establishments, restaurants, fast-food outlets, food chains, and grocery stores accepting electronic meal vouchers to pay the meal price and ensure the provision of drinking regime. As part of the subject matter of the contract, in addition to supplying meal vouchers, their management and crediting (topping up) of meal units to individual meal vouchers shall also be included, in accordance with the Employer’s current needs and in compliance with the currently applicable provisions of the Labour Code, the Company Collective Agreement and other related regulations of the Slovak Republic. The estimated quantity of meal vouchers during the term of the framework agreement is 1,000 pcs.
