TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in arranging payment for catering of the Employer’s employees for a period of 48 calendar months through electronic catering cards (hereinafter also “catering card”) with the contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. at catering establishments, restaurants, fast-food outlets, food chains, grocery stores accepting electronic catering cards for payment of the catering price and for ensuring a drinking regime. In addition to supplying the catering cards, the subject of the contract also includes their administration and crediting (topping up) of meal units to the individual catering cards according to the Employer’s current needs and in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Labour Code, the Company Collective Agreement and other relevant regulations of the Slovak Republic. The indicative number of catering cards during the term of the framework agreement is 1,000 pcs.
