TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the Public Contract is the supply, implementation, operational support and development of an electronic records management system to ensure document management and the performance of records management activities under the contracting authority’s conditions. The required solution must comply with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Sb., on archives and records management and on amending certain other laws, the National Standard for Electronic Records Management Systems, the related implementing legal regulations and the requirements for the certification/attestation of electronic records management systems. The performance will also include the migration of data and documents from the existing electronic system AthenA, including the preservation of their integrity, linkages and metadata.
