Awarding a service concession to a contractor for the professional implementation, further development, and marketing for the technical, commercial, and operational management of the Munich guest card. The subject of the concession is the conception, financing, implementation, operation, marketing, as well as the continuous further development of an official Munich guest card as a tourism product to promote Munich as a tourism destination. The concession includes full economic, technical, and organizational responsibility for the guest card offer. The concessionaire bears the main operational and demand risk. The implementation and operation of the guest cards are carried out by the bidder at their own risk and expense. A loss participation by the City of Munich is excluded.
