TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the building of the Kiel District Court constructed in 1915-1916 and 1979-1984, individual offices at the Kiel District Court, Deliusstraße 22, are being remodeled in connection with the judicial structural reform. On the floors ground floor, 3rd to 6th upper floor, drywall partitions will be installed, new door openings created, and painting as well as electrical work will be carried out to a limited extent. The work will be carried out in 3 consecutive phases. The execution of noise-intensive work (drilling, chiseling, core drilling, etc.) will take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday) until 9:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. The noise protection period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. must be strictly observed. The ongoing business operations must not be disrupted. Therefore, all arising work/services must be optimally organized. The building and the grounds are classified under the Schleswig-Holstein Monument Protection Act (DSchG SH) as a structural monument (historical, artistic and urban planning). Total quantity and scope: approx. 69 electronic lock cylinders
