TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the building of the Kiel District Court built in 1915-1916 and 1979-1984, in connection with the court structure reform, individual offices are being remodeled at the Kiel District Court, Deliusstraße 22. Drywall partitions will be installed on the floors EG, 3rd-6th upper floors, new door openings will be created, and painting as well as electrical works will be carried out to a limited extent. The work will be carried out in 3 consecutive phases. The execution of noise-intensive work (drilling, chiseling, core drilling, etc.) will take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday) until 9:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. The noise protection corridor from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. must be strictly observed. The ongoing business operations must not be disturbed. Therefore, all work/services to be carried out must be optimally organized. The building and the outdoor facilities are classified as a structural monument (historically, artistically and urbanistically) according to the Schleswig-Holstein Monument Protection Act (DSchG SH).
