TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is planning services of specialist planning Technical Equipment of system group 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems) according to § 55 HOAI for the modernization and refurbishment of structural fire protection measures at the location of the Federal Police in Deggendorf. Additionally, to a minor extent, planning services of specialist planning Technical Equipment of system group 4 (high voltage systems) are part of the contract. The measure includes the structural adaptation and refurbishment of buildings 2a to 2h as well as building K with the aim of establishing the buildings' compliance with building regulations. The planning and implementation are based on the existing fire protection certificates and the associated test reports of the employed testing experts. The goal is the complete implementation of the specified fire protection requirements as well as the seamless documentation of the measures including the final confirmation by the testing experts.
