TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procedure is services for the Building Services – Electrical engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2, § 53 et seq. for the new build “Social housing project, Alice-Salomon-Straße 1, Freiburg” A one-stage open procedure is carried out in accordance with § 14(2) and § 15 VgV for electrical planning services for building systems groups 4, 5, 6 and 8 according to HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, § 53 et seq. A four-storey residential building is planned with three full storeys and a mansard/attic storey with 29 dwelling units for approximately 60 people. The property is located within the scope of the development plan “Innere Elben”. The housing mix includes 19 micro-apartments for single households, of which four are accessible, one unit for social care, four two-room apartments for couples and/or single parents, and six larger apartments for families with five or more persons. The currently planned gross floor area is approximately 1,600 m². The room sizes are aligned with the state housing subsidy programme.
