TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”) and the awarding of contracts during the period of validity of the DPS, i.e. from its establishment to its termination. The subject of contracts awarded under the DPS is mainly the supply of selected categories of electrical appliances, machinery and electrical equipment and household appliances, which are commonly available on the market and which are classified according to CPV in particular within the scope of groups 397, 315, 421, 425, 429, 312. The subject of contracts may also include the provision of related services: delivery of goods to the place of delivery, unloading and carrying the goods at the place of delivery, and installation at the place of delivery.
