TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey administrative building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Building floor area: 2,053 m², net usable floor area (NRF): 2,637 m², building ground floor area (GRF): 668 m², underground car park floor area: 1,136 m². The building is to be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip footings, reinforced concrete exterior walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling slab are to be made using in-situ concrete. The rising storeys, ground floor (EG) and first floor (OG), are to be constructed using precast reinforced concrete elements, steel system beams and prestressed hollow-core slab ceilings. The exterior walls are non-load-bearing and are to be constructed from prefabricated timber frame walls. The storey with set-back and the roof ceiling slab will accordingly be built as a timber structure. The scope of work to be tendered includes the electrical installations: 1. Safety lighting, 2.
