TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a framework futures sale contract, purchase of various food products for the Fejér County St. George University Teaching Hospital as follows: Part 1: FATTY MEAT (Pork) The quantities above cover the contracting authority’s 12-month needs and are for information purposes. The exact quantities are included in the contracting authority’s price schedule. With regard to the quantities designated for the respective part, the contracting authority is entitled to unilaterally apply a quantity deviation of +23% (for each product) during the period of validity of the contract. If, as a result of the quantity deviation, a non-integer value arises in the value of the specified quantity, the contracting authority acts according to the general rules for rounding. The detailed quantities, composition and technical/professional specifications of the individual items are contained in the technical description uploaded as a separate document.
