TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: Dairy products. Estimated quantity for 12 months: 90,978 pcs; 7,776 kg; 36,910 litres. During the term of the contract, it is possible to deviate by +/- 15% from the specified quantity; the estimated quantity increased by +15% corresponds to the framework quantity. The detailed specifications and the expected quantity data for the individual products are contained in the Excel table named “Tendering table”, which can be downloaded in the EKR under the main menu “Tender documentation”, in the submenu “List of documents to be submitted”. The contracting authority provided the quantity data in the table for the purpose of comparing offers; settlement (invoicing) during the term of the contract is carried out on the basis of the food items and quantities actually ordered/received, based on the unit prices provided by the successful tenderer.
