TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of various foodstuffs according to the product list and quantities recorded and specified in the public procurement documents, as well as as follows: Lot 1: staple bakery products – 206,020 pcs, 25 kg. The contracting authority informs economic operators that with regard to the product list the contracting authority proceeded in accordance with Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). Any reference, in this call for tenders and in the public procurement documents, to an item of a specified manufacture, origin, type, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark as defined makes it necessary to define the subject matter of the procurement in a clear and understandable manner; however, the designation was made only for the purpose of clear identification of the subject matter, and the contracting authority accepts, in connection with every individually identified item or trademark, an item equivalent thereto as well as a solution substituting for the specified product, provided that, in case of doubt, the tenderer must prove the equivalence.
