TENDER DESCRIPTION

The quantities provided are for information purposes; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes in view of requirements that cannot be planned precisely in advance. Information-purpose procurement quantity: Milk, dairy products: 73,389 pcs, 4,819 kg, 19,500 litres, 2,755 boxes, which is divided according to the types and quantities of products detailed in the issued Product Table. The framework amount of the public procurement contract is net HUF 22,993,907, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes a call-off obligation for at least 70%. The Contracting Authority is entitled not to request delivery for a given week or occasion with respect to the specified performance locations. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue orders until the given framework amount is fully exhausted. The term of the contract is a fixed period of 12 months starting from the signature of the contract by both parties, with the understanding that the contract will end before the expiry of the above period if the framework amount is exhausted.
