TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement procedure for the Contracting Authority is the supply of the following foodstuffs, within the framework of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for a period of 12 months, or until the framework amount is exhausted, on the day designated by the Ordering Party in the week following receipt of the order: Estimated (12-month) quantities for the duration of the DPS: Part I: Vegetables, fruit, eggs: 83 items, 120,197 kg, 57,692 pcs, 3,444 packages, 12 flowerpots. The expected maximum order volume for each contract for 6 months: Part I: Vegetables, fruit, eggs: 83 items, 62,536 kg, 29,172 pcs, 1,730 packages, 6 flowerpots. The quantity data detailed above and in the procurement documents are estimated and for information purposes only; the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to deviate from the stated quantities by exceeding the available framework amount by at most 20%. During the existence of the DPS, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude contracts with a term of 6 months, but reserves the right to conclude contracts with a longer term.
