TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of various food products in 17 lots for the Somogy County Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital under a forward purchase contract. Lot 1: Spices and condiments in 76 items totaling: 1,320 packages, 488,550 pcs, 70 boxes, 70,011.6 kg, and 11,395 liters. The specified quantity covers the Contracting Authority's 12-month demand with an 80% call-off obligation; the Contracting Authority may apply a unilateral -20% quantity deviation during the contract. Rounding general rules apply to fractional quantities. No reimbursement claims for quantity deviations. Tenderers may only offer products fully compliant with Hungarian Food Codex and Contracting Authority requirements. Contracting Authority accepts only products fully compliant with the Food Codex during the contract. The technical requirements are minimums. Tenderers can offer products with more favorable characteristics, accepted as equivalent if proven. Deviations in sizes follow professional table rules.
