TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of food industry raw materials for the Kőbányai Egyesített Bölcsődék—bread, bakery products. Bread, bakery products: 20 188 kg and 131 670 pcs. The bid may be submitted for the full 12-month quantity only. The performance period is one year (12 months); it may be extended for an additional year. Up to a +30% deviation in quantity is possible from the contractual quantity. With respect to those products where the contracting authority refers to a specific make/type, the submission of an equivalent product is also accepted in accordance with Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). In such a case, it is the bidder’s obligation to prove equivalence. Details are provided in the other procurement documents.
