The contract duration is 6 calendar months, starting from the date of the contract's registration after being signed without objections by both contracting parties. The contract will cease to be effective upon the expiration of contractual obligations, but not before the technical warranty on the products has expired.

Key delivery milestones are as follows:

• Lot 1: ELEMENTI BANDA REDLER
• Redler belt elements with bearings: 90 days from the buyer's order.
• Redler belt elements with plain bearings: 60 days from the buyer's order.
• Lot 2: PIESE DE SCHIMB PENTRU BANDA REDLER
• Spare parts for Redler belt with bearings: 30 days from the buyer's order.
• Spare parts for Redler belt with plain bearings: 30 days from the buyer's order.

The core scope of work for this tender is the acquisition of products aimed at ensuring the optimal and safe operation of energy boilers, specifically by eliminating failures and maintaining safe functioning. The tender focuses on awarding a sectoral contract for the supply of these products.

The core deliverables include:

• LOT 1: 400 pieces of Redler belt elements (Elemenți bandă Redler).
• LOT 2: Spare parts for Redler belts, which are further categorized into:
• Spare parts for Redler with bearings (cu rulmenți), including 50 rollers (Ø140x53 equipped with bearing, bushing, cover, and seals), 100 axles (shafts), 150 inner plates, 150 outer plates, 200 safety washers (Ø25x060 thick 2 mm), and 200 safety washers (Ø25x040 thick 3 mm).
• Spare parts for Redler with plain bearings (cu cuzineți), including 200 spacers (Ø42.4x4-L-39.6 mm), 500 safety wires (Ø6x70), 200 safety washers (Ø31x050 thick 2 mm), and 200 safety washers (Ø31x050 thick 3 mm).

Accessory operations required as part of the contract include delivery, packaging, labeling, marking, storage, transport, and insurance during transport. Delivery must occur within calendar days from the contract's registration and signing, with the supplier providing at least 24 hours' notice. Products must be delivered during the beneficiary's working hours (8:00-15:00 on working days) to Societatea Electrocentrale Craiova S.A., str. Bariera Vilcii, nr. 195, Municipiul Craiova, judeţul Dolj, cod poștal 2100716. All products must be accompanied by a delivery note/fiscal invoice, a quality certificate for the materials, a warranty certificate, and a declaration of conformity and guarantee.
