TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the City of Savonlinna request that you submit an offer for the supply of small batches of foodstuffs to the parish of Savonlinna for an agreement that is valid until further notice. The contract period begins on 1.1.2027 and shall remain valid for an indefinite period with a 6-month notice period. The contracting authority must be able to determine the quantity of the products ordered, so that both small and larger quantities are also possible. The products are unloaded from their transport packages and the supplier takes along the transport crates and roll containers, in accordance with responsible and proper recycling of the materials. The procurement model is a framework supply agreement for one (1) supplier, in which the contracting authority will place orders directly with the selected supplier. Orders shall be placed as required. During the contract period, no commitment is made to minimum order quantities and only the quantity permitted by the appropriations available is procured.
