TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the City of Savonlinna request submission of an offer for the delivery of small batches of foodstuffs to the parish of Savonlinna for a contract period that is valid until further notice. The contract period begins on 1.1.2027 and shall remain valid until further notice with a notice period of 6 months. The contracting authority must be able to determine the quantity of the products it orders, so that both small and larger quantities are also possible. The products are unloaded from the transport packaging, and the supplier takes the transport crates and roll containers with them, complying with responsible and proper recycling of materials. The procurement model is a framework supply contract with one (1) supplier, under which the contracting authority will place orders directly with the selected supplier. Orders shall be placed as needed. During the contract period, no minimum order quantities are committed to, and only the quantity permitted by the appropriations available is purchased.
