TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of work for the facing brickwork comprises the following trades: New build: Demonstration/bracketing of the facing clinker by preparing execution plans and providing a structural verification, waterproofing the plinth area incl. substrate preparation, insulating the plinth area and the other wall areas, installation of supports/brackets using offset and angle console anchors, partly with precast elements in the areas of window and door lintels, construction of the facing brickwork with relief in the area of the ground floor (EG), incl. making all connections, joints and partial building-in components and a graffiti protection coating in the ground floor (EG).
