TENDER DESCRIPTION

In addition to the contractor’s site management obligations, the lump-sum contract includes building-technical works (construction contract), LVISA works in accordance with the plans, and related ancillary works. As an option under the contract, repair works for the so-called old-side sauna section are offered in accordance with the plans, including the repairs to the sauna, shower room, dressing rooms, WC facilities, to the extent set out in the plans and appendices. The option works must be completed in accordance with the contractor’s offer. The order for the option works is decided in connection with ordering the lump-sum contract, and the option works may be started once the contract for the works has been signed.
