TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework purchase contract for the procurement of ELTE LC fan-coil units for Eötvös Loránd University — delivery of fan-coil units that can be installed into a water cooling-heating system, including the related accessories, controls, and installation fittings in accordance with the procurement documents. The overall quantities of the procurement are as follows: • Fan-coil units: 1,100 pcs • Total cooling capacity: 5,700 kW • Total heating capacity: 7,300 kW The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of the quantities of goods specified in the price table forming part of the technical description. Under the framework contract, the quantities of goods specified in the price table forming part of the technical description are planned to be procured. The contracting authority undertakes to call for 70% of the quantity specified in the price table forming part of the technical description. The tenderer is required to offer to the contracting authority new products, i.e. unopened and unused products suitable for their intended use.
