TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase framework agreement for the procurement of ELTE LC fan-coil units for Eötvös Loránd University - Delivery of fan-coils that can be integrated into a water-based cooling-heating system, including related accessories, control systems, and installation parts as specified in the public procurement documents. The procurement quantities are summarized as follows: • Fan-coil units: 1,100 pcs • Total cooling capacity: 5,700 kW • Total heating capacity: 7,300 kW The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the quantities of goods defined in the price table that forms part of the technical description. Under the framework agreement, the planned quantity of goods defined in the price table that forms part of the technical description will be procured. The contracting authority commits to call off 70% of the quantity defined in the price table that forms part of the technical description. The bidder is obliged to offer the contracting authority new products, i.e., unopened and unused, suitable for their intended use.
