TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is the reconstruction of an existing building to create a suitable service environment for children with special needs. Design and construction work is not divided into lots, because the contracting authority’s objective is to procure a main contract (general contracting), under which, based on the terms of reference requested in the procurement, the contractor is responsible for carrying out and organising all different types of work. In the case of work carried out by several different contractors, it would be difficult to later determine the building construction warranty boundaries. The procurement scope includes obtaining the permits and approvals required for carrying out the works and/or for taking the premises into use, and bearing the costs associated with them. The main readiness for use must be achieved within 120 days and final readiness within 150 days from the entry into force of the procurement contract. NB!
