TENDER DESCRIPTION
Works to be carried out under the present Single Contract all trades included: - creation of a Passenger Building to the north of Melun Station, including new areas on the forecourt, commercial and operating premises, offices, - creation of several retaining walls including railway retaining structures. - development of the new under-track passage (carried out by a previous contract), including CFo-CFa works and finishing work. - Creation of an emergence to the south of the station. - Demolition and reconstruction of a staircase leading to the existing underground passage. Renovation works of the existing underground passage (CFo-CFa and finishing work) Essential tasks required for works relating to reinforced concrete construction, metal frame and wooden frame work, and secondary wooden frame structures.
