TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to Section 10e(4) of Act No 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) the implementation of preliminary activities; b) the preparation of the required project documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures; c) ensuring the formalities associated with obtaining a building permit; d) the implementation of basic energy-saving measures; e) the preparation of documentation of the actual implementation of the energy-saving measures; f) the preparation of operating rules for the newly installed equipment and the training of the operating staff; g) the provision of energy management; h) the provision of a guarantee for achieving contractually guaranteed savings.
