The contract timeline is divided into three phases with an anticipated contract signing date in April 2027.

Phases:

• Phase I: Starts immediately upon the contract's effectiveness and is expected to be completed within 90 days thereafter.
• Phase II: Begins after the completion of Phase I. It is to be completed within 730 days from the date the building permit becomes legally effective (if applicable) or from the start of Phase II.
• Phase III (Guarantee Provision): Commences after the completion of Phase II and involves a guarantee period of 10 years from the end of Phase II.

Total Duration: The entire fulfillment of the contract is expected to conclude within 10 years from the start of the guarantee period (Phase III).

The commencement date for the contract's fulfillment is contingent on the conclusion of the tender procedure, and the estimated dates are subject to adjustment. A detailed schedule will be part of the preliminary offer and the final contract.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the "reconstruction of the UT/CHL source" for the "BK Hala Opava" facility. This project is broken down into several key areas.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary includes the following core deliverables and activities:

• Reconstruction of the UT/CHL source at BK Hala Opava.
• PS 01 - Drill Shafts (Šachty vrtů) which covers the work related to drilling shafts.
• D.1.2.4a UT/CHL Engine Room (TPS UT - Strojovna UT/CHL), focusing on the engine room.
• PS 02.02 - Technology - UT/CH Engine Room equipment (Technologie - zařízení strojovny UT/CH), encompassing the technological equipment for the engine room.
• PS 02.03 - Electrical and MaR - UT/CH Engine Room equipment (Elektro a MaR - zařízení strojovny UT/CH), covering electrical and measurement and control equipment for the engine room.

• Thermal insulation.
• Works related to central heating, including engine rooms, distribution piping, and fittings.
• Locksmith constructions.
• Finishing works, specifically painting.
• Sanitary technology, including internal sewerage, internal water supply, and mechanical equipment.

• Hourly accounting rates.
• Ancillary budget costs (VRN) which cover:
• Exploratory, geodetic, and design works (VRN1).
