TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of a moulding press for shaping polystyrene. The Contracting Authority’s basic conditions for the subject of the Delivery are: a) compliance with the maximum possible layout dimensions of the delivery, including accessories (see Section 4.2.2 (a) – (c)): see Annex No. 1 to ZD-TČ b) exclusively electric drive of the presses c) usable pressing surface: 670 x 1070 mm d) usable total depth of the steam chamber: min. 310 mm e) duration of one production cycle: max. 50 s f) steam consumption for carrying out production cycles for a period of 1 hour: max. 230 kg/hour g) total electrical power input of the delivery: max. 10 kW/400 V h) total weight of the delivery: max. 6.5 t i) requirements for equipment • insulated steam chambers (fixed + movable), • tool quick-change system, • guiding system with automatic lubrication, • integrated crane for tool changes, • electronic regulation of media, • linear guide for the steam chamber, • separate vacuum pipework for the fixed and movable steam chamber, • user operating environment for the machine in the Czech language.
