TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to Section 10e(4) of Act No 406/2000 Sb., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) in carrying out preliminary activities; b) in preparing the necessary project documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures; c) in ensuring all requirements associated with obtaining the building permit; d) in implementing the basic energy-saving measures; e) in preparing as-built documentation for the implemented energy-saving measures; f) in preparing operating instructions for newly installed equipment and training the operator; g) in providing energy management; h) in providing a guarantee for achieving contractually guaranteed savings; for the purpose of achieving increased energy efficiency and reduced operating costs in the contracting authority’s facilities. The public contract will be carried out using the Energy Performance Contracting method (hereinafter referred to as “EPC”).
