TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result pursuant to Section 10e(4) of Act No. 406/2000 Sb., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) the performance of preliminary activities; b) the preparation of the required project documentation for the implementation of energy-saving measures; c) ensuring the requirements associated with obtaining the building permit; d) the implementation of the basic energy-saving measures; e) the preparation of documentation of the actual implementation of the energy-saving measures; f) the preparation of operating instructions for newly installed equipment and the training of the operator; g) the provision of energy management; h) the provision of a guarantee for achieving contractually guaranteed savings; for the purpose of increasing energy efficiency and reducing operating costs in the contracting authority’s buildings. The public contract will be implemented using the Energy Performance Contracting (hereinafter referred to as “EPC”) method.
