TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district of Minden-Lübbecke will remodel and energy-renovate the Visitor Mine and Museum Kleinenbremen (BBMK) in order to bring the facility up to current technical standards. The BBMK is the only authentically preserved iron ore mine and museum in the Westphalia region. The aboveground buildings on the relevant property were constructed between 1935 and 1938. Since 1988, the buildings have served as a museum with an attached workshop as well as storage and exhibition spaces. The scope of this tender includes all necessary work required for the electrical engineering trade.
