TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Minden-Lübbecke will renovate and perform energy refurbishment of the Visitor Mine and Museum Kleinenbremen (BBMK) in order to bring the property up to current technical standards. The BBMK is the only authentically preserved iron ore mine and museum in the Westphalia region. The standing buildings on the respective property were constructed between 1935 and 1938. Since 1988, the buildings have served as a museum with an attached workshop as well as storage and exhibition spaces. The scope of this tender comprises all necessary work required for the electrical engineering trade.
