TENDER DESCRIPTION

The District of Minden-Lübbecke will renovate and carry out an energy-efficient refurbishment of the visitor mine and museum Kleinenbremen (BBMK) in order to bring the property up to date with current technical standards. The BBMK is the only iron ore mine and museum in the Westphalia region that has been preserved in an authentic form. The buildings on the property in question were constructed in the years 1935 to 1938. Since 1988, the buildings have served as a museum with an attached workshop as well as storage and exhibition areas. The building is protected as a listed historic monument. The scope of this tender includes all work required for the trade of plastering and stucco works, with high requirements for moisture and thermal protection in the listed building/memorial area.
