TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to have the small sports hall at the Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium refurbished. The sports hall was built in 1977 and has not been refurbished in an energy-efficient manner since then. The hall therefore has only thermal protection that corresponds to the standard at the time, whereby the WärmeschutzV of 11.08.1977 was largely not met. The hall air handling unit (Hallen-RLT) is provided without heat recovery. On the roof, a PV system has subsequently been installed by an external operator, which - as agreed in the contract - will be temporarily dismantled free of charge by the operator of the system for the building management of Lemgo during the refurbishment/roof upgrade. The system is currently not used for own consumption. The hall is used for school sports and is also made available free of charge to civil society associations. The one-unit sports hall also includes an equipment room, two control rooms with WCs and showers, two changing areas for the sports participants with WCs and a shower, as well as other ancillary usable areas and an entrance area.
