TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to have the small sports hall at the Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium renovated. The sports hall was built in 1977 and has not been renovated for energy efficiency since then. The hall therefore has only thermal insulation corresponding to the standard of that time, whereby the WärmeschutzV dated 11.08.1977 was for the most part not complied with. The hall RLT system has no heat recovery. On the roof, a PV system has subsequently been installed by an external operator, which during the roof refurbishment — as agreed in the contract — is temporarily dismantled free of charge by the operator of the system for the building management of Lemgo. The system is currently not used for self-consumption. The hall is used for school sports and is also made available free of charge to civil society clubs. For the 1-court hall, there are also a equipment room, two control rooms with WCs and showers, two changing areas for the sports users with WCs and a shower, as well as further ancillary usable areas and an entrance area.
