TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to renovate the small sports hall at the Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium. The sports hall was built in 1977 and has not been energetically renovated since. As a result, the hall only has thermal insulation corresponding to the standards of that time, whereby the thermal insulation regulation from 11.08.1977 was largely not fulfilled. The hall's ventilation and air conditioning system has no heat recovery. A PV system was subsequently installed on the roof by an external operator, which during the roof reinforcement – as contractually agreed – will be temporarily dismantled free of charge by the system operator for the Lemgo building management. The system is currently not used for self-consumption. The hall is used for school sports and is also available free of charge to civil society clubs. The single sports hall includes a storage room, two control rooms with toilets and showers, two changing areas for athletes with toilets and showers, as well as additional ancillary areas and an entrance area.
