TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned refurbishment and modernisation measures, essential parts of the building services equipment are to be renewed and/or adapted to the requirements of today’s use. Due to the refurbishment in existing buildings, in particular the existing building structure, structural and building-physics requirements, energy efficiency, fire protection, cost-effectiveness and implementation in sections during ongoing operation must be taken into account. The planning is to be carried out with particular consideration of the existing building structure, the energy requirements, operational safety and the maintenance of university operations (for a detailed description, see the invitation to tender).
