TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned refurbishment and modernization measures, essential parts of the technical building services are to be renewed and/or adapted to the requirements of present-day use. Due to the refurbishment on site, in particular the existing structure, structural and building-physics requirements, energy efficiency, fire protection, cost-effectiveness, and implementation in sections while the building is in operation must be taken into account. The planning is to be carried out with particular consideration of the existing building structure, the energy requirements, operational safety, and the maintenance of university operations (detailed description see invitation to tender).
