TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned refurbishment and modernisation measures, essential parts of the technical building equipment are to be renewed or adapted to meet the requirements of today’s use. Due to the refurbishment of the existing building stock, in particular the existing building fabric, structural and building-physics requirements, energy efficiency, fire protection, cost-effectiveness, as well as implementation in sections while operations continue, must be taken into account. The planning is to be carried out with particular consideration of the existing building structure, the energy requirements, operational safety and the maintenance of university operations (detailed description see invitation to tender).
