TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is energy management, condition monitoring, inspection of operation, servicing and maintenance of energy devices, systems and installations at the premises of the University of Maribor (Rectorate and faculties), as well as at the premises of the University of Maribor Student Dormitories and at the premises of the University of Maribor University Library Maribor, which are listed in Appendix No. 1: Technical Specifications, for a period of 1 (one) year from 1. 11. 2026 to 31. 10. 2027. Performance of the public procurement services means carrying out the following tasks: ­ management, ­ maintenance of the central monitoring system (CNS), ­ maintenance and servicing of the devices, ­ heat invoicing, and ­ any extraordinary maintenance - intervention.
