TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the management of the public energy advisory office of the RKBM from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2031. The public energy advisory service Bern-Mittelland runs the independent energy advisory office (EBS) on behalf of the canton of Bern. The aim of the energy advisory service is to promote an efficient, economical, cost-effective and environmentally friendly supply and use of energy. The energy advisory service covers all topics relating to the construction and operation of properties, such as energy-efficient construction and renovation, selecting the right heating system, reducing energy demand (lighting, hot water, etc.), switching to alternative energy sources, etc. Depending on the matter, advice is provided by telephone or email at the RKBM location in Bern as well as in one or two decentralised municipalities within the perimeter of the RKBM or directly on site with the customer.
